Processing

Each order is made after you place it, not pulled from a warehouse shelf. Please allow 1–6 business days for production before it ships.

Domestic Shipping (US)

After your order ships, delivery usually takes about 5–15 business days depending on the route. Most US orders arrive within about 2–3 weeks from the day you order. Shipping within the US is free.

International Shipping

We ship to many countries (some destinations are limited). International orders can take longer. Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient unless checkout says otherwise.

Tracking

We email a tracking number when your order ships. Allow about 24 hours for tracking to update.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, email support@shorties.shop within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will make it right.

Returns

Returns follow our Return & Refund Policy: https://shorties.shop/returns. If we approve a return, we provide a return label.

Sales Tax

Florida residents are charged applicable Florida sales tax at checkout (currently 6.5% for Orange County: 6% state + 0.5% county), as required by law.
